The Host Location Option

A Host location is a site within an existing retail outlet. It could be a supermarket, convenience store or any outlet which has substantial foot traffic, why it could even be located in a large office block.

What’s the Benefit?

A Host can benefit both the retailer and the 3@1 franchisee by:

  1. The retailer can rent off excess space (15-20 Sq m2) and gain extra foot traffic from the customer base of the 3@1 during opening hours.
  2. The franchisee pays rental on much less space than a normal store, whilst benefiting from providing products and services to the host’s existing customers.
  3. The customer benefits by being able to maximise their time utilising all the products and services provided by the host and 3@1, within the hosts opening time, saving time, saving money.
